Principal/Executive Recruitment Consultant (US Market)

Due to continued growth/high performance, Tenth Revolution Group is looking for multiple experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our US Data & AI Market from London. You will be joining a friendly, motivated team of successful consultants in the US. We have a plethora of high fee, hot-desk roles for you to work on from the get-go. As well as expanding our market reach with new enterprise level clients/projects in a record performing market.

Working with us you will be responsible for:

Managing your own full-cycle 360 desk specialising in Data & AI. Use your already honed sales and negotiation skills to undertake successful business development calls to win new clients whilst building and maintaining professional relationships.

Skills and experience we are looking for from you:

• Min 5 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with proactive/proven Business Development (ideally in Tech, Finance, Legal however, we will consider other sectors)
• Proven billing history
• Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, in a unique opportunity on a high fee US desk (avg fees between $30k - $45k) and up to 40% commissions depending on level of placement/terms

This is not an HR or Internal recruitment opportunity. This role is a sales-based role working to achieve sales-based results.

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time hybrid office role based in London (Aldgate Office). Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK both now and in future.
