The role centres on optimising complex workflows such as document review, contract drafting, due diligence, research, matter lifecycle management, compliance and regulatory processes - ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality and responsible AI.
What you’ll be doing

- Acting as a key interface between business stakeholders, practitioners, technical teams, clients and external vendors
- Facilitating discovery sessions, interviews and workshops to understand user needs and opportunities
- Analysing existing workflows to identify AI‐enabled improvements in efficiency, quality and client value
- Translating complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language for non‐technical audiences
- Ensuring human‐in‐the‐loop design, model limitations and legal / regulatory risks are reflected in user journeys
- Defining and tracking KPIs such as adoption, accuracy and efficiency gains
- Maintaining a structured, prioritised backlog aligned to product strategy and responsible‐AI principles
- Providing light project oversight including milestone tracking, risk management and delivery reporting
Your experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital, technology, professional services or client‐facing environment
- Understanding the legal sector / professional services
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working across disciplines
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Solid understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, extraction and classification models, summarisation and RAG pipelines
- Experience working in regulated environments or with complex, risk‐sensitive workflows (highly desirable)
- A strong product mindset with the ability to challenge convention and solve complex problems
- Ability to simplify and clearly explain technical and AI‐driven concepts
- Confidence facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and vendor evaluations
- A passion for using data and storytelling to make product value visible and impactful
What’s on offer
- The opportunity to work on cutting‐edge AI products with real‐world impact
- A flexible, hybrid working model with multiple UK office locations
- A comprehensive benefits package, including:
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
- Private healthcare
- Pension scheme
- Bonus and profit‐related reward schemes
- Life assurance and income protection
- Paid CSR day
- Wellbeing and lifestyle benefits
- An inclusive, collaborative culture that supports development, learning and innovation
