We're growing fast and looking for an experienced Proposition Design Manager to join our Customer & Marketing Strategy team. You'll work alongside outstanding digital, design, strategy, and technology specialists to deliver transformational solutions for leading brands. What You'll Do
As a Proposition Design Manager, you'll lead innovation and proposition development projects from discovery through to implementation, helping clients identify opportunities, validate ideas, and bring successful solutions to market.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading proposition design engagements and managing delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
✅ Conducting and overseeing qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, and market assessments
✅ Translating research findings into actionable insights, opportunity areas, and strategic recommendations
✅ Designing and iterating new products, services, experiences, and business models using hypothesis-driven and experimentation-led approaches
✅ Creating prototypes, customer journeys, value propositions, operating models, and MVP concepts for testing and validation
✅ Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, co-creation sessions, and innovation sprints
✅ Building trusted relationships with clients and presenting recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
✅ Mentoring and developing junior consultants, designers, and researchers
✅ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, service design, product design, and technology functions
✅ Supporting business development activities and helping grow our proposition design capability
What We're Looking For
You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking, customer-centred design, research expertise, and leadership experience.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience leading proposition design, innovation, customer strategy, or service design projects
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Experience developing customer propositions, products, services, or business models
- Ability to rapidly prototype concepts and validate ideas with customers and stakeholders
- Experience creating go-to-market strategies and growth frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
- Experience leading workstreams, projects, or small teams
- Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery methodologies
Technical Skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Research and insight synthesis tools
- Prototyping and visualisation tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Adobe XD or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance productivity, creativity, and client outcomes
