Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 Gross/a DOE + 15%-20% bonus depending of seniority + amazing benefits package

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect (Supply Chain) to lead and shape global S/4HANA transformation journeys for leading enterprises. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high‐impact programs and co‐create the enterprise solutions of tomorrow.
🌍 What You’ll Do
As a Solution Architect, you’ll drive end‐to‐end transformation programs and act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders:
✅ Lead consulting‐driven SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
✅ Co‐create next‐generation business models and E2E business processes
✅ Design and synthesize E2E supply chain processes across planning, sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, plant maintenance, and customer service
✅ Build multi‐year transformation roadmaps leveraging:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP SaaS Line‐of‐Business solutions
- Non‐SAP platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft)
✅ Identify digitization and automation opportunities using AI, IoT, RPA, Blockchain, and advanced analytics
✅ Lead Phase 0 / transformation readiness assessments, due diligence, and value‐based business cases
✅ Facilitate executive‐level workshops and guide clients through solution visioning, gap analysis, and decision‐making
✅ Deliver business blueprints, PoCs, MVPs, templates, pilots, and full‐scale solutions
✅ Secure stakeholder buy‐in and drive successful adoption
✅ Collaborate with partners such as SAP and Microsoft on joint roadmaps and innovations
✅ Mentor and lead high‐performing global teams, providing hands‐on guidance and solution governance
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
- 15 years+ experience in IT and strong hands‐on SAP consulting experience
- Outstanding Solution Architect or Lead experience on complex SAP programs
- Proven delivery of at least 5 end‐to‐end SAP implementations
- Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid S/4HANA transformations
- Deep expertise in one or more areas:
- Functional: Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales
- Technical: ABAP, UI5, Integration, Security, Basis
- Strong SAP architecture and SAP toolchain knowledge
- Transformation preparation / Phase 0 experience
- Valid SAP certification(s)
- Excellent client‐facing, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with C‐level executives
Preferred
- Exposure to multiple SAP modules or industries
- Experience across both SAP sales and service delivery
- Prior business domain experience
- Publications or thought leadership in SAP or industry domains
- Exposure to non‐SAP platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.)
