SAP Transformation Architect

IMPORTANT: Full right to work in the UK: ILR, British passport, national

Hybrid: 3 days per week in office

Location: London or at a commutable distance

Hiring process: 2 technical interviews and a HR call

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 Gross/a DOE + 15%-20% bonus depending of seniority + amazing benefits package

We are looking for a visionary Senior Principal Technology Architect - SAP to lead large‐scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across UK.

What you’ll do

• Own end‐to‐end SAP solution architecture across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid S/4HANA implementations
• Define transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy, SAP roadmap (S/4HANA, BTP, RISE), and enterprise standards
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‐suite and senior stakeholders
• Lead architecture governance, Phase 0 activities, and delivery execution
• Drive pre‐sales, RFPs, solution blueprints, and effort estimations
• Mentor architects and set quality standards across the SAP practice

What we’re looking for

• 15 years+ experience in IT
• Deep SAP expertise (functional or technical) with hands‐on consulting experience
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM (EWM/TM/AI a plus)
• 4+ full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, including large transformation programs
• Proven leadership in client engagement, pre‐sales, and delivery
• SAP certification and excellent stakeholder management skills
