You'll be joining a large complex organisation investing heavily in data where you'll take ownership of multiple engineering squads and vendor partners ensuring delivery is consistent predictable and aligned to business goals.

You Will Work With

  • Global data engineering teams and squad leads
  • External vendors and delivery partners
  • Senior stakeholders across IT Product and leadership
  • Cross-functional teams driving enterprise data initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing data engineering teams and managers
  • Overseeing multiple squads ensuring predictable sprint delivery
  • Holding vendors accountable for quality and outcomes
  • Driving delivery assurance including planning velocity risk and outcomes
  • Creating structure across engineering ways of working
  • Supporting service transition into stable BAU operations
  • Overseeing L2 and L3 support models
  • Driving continuous improvement across tools processes and delivery
  • Acting as the bridge between engineering teams and senior stakeholders

Tech Environment (Awareness Required Not Hands-On Focus)
