Senior Data Modeller - Hybrid role in Insurance - £90k

A global consulting enterprise is hiring a Senior Data Modeller to design, govern and evolve the data models powering their next-generation cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Model data for modern cloud data platforms (e.g Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Develop and govern Canonical Data Models, Data vault models and Dimensional models
• Working across underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial and operational teams
• Engage with senior stakeholders (Heads of Data, Underwriting, Claims, IT) to validate models and business logic
• Align models with enterprise data governance and data standards

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Data Modeller in Insurance, specifically in the London Market
• Expertise in data-modelling techniques
• Proven experience designing models across Silver, Gold and Semantic Layers
• Advanced SQL skills for data profiling, validation and modelling support
• Strong domain knowledge of Syndicates, Delegated Authority, Reinsurance, Pricing and Claims

What they offer:

• Base Salary of £80-90k
• 15% Flex
• Up to 20% bonus
