About the Role

What You'll Do
- Build and optimise data pipelines using Databricks
- Collaborate on data architecture and strategy
- Deliver large-scale workflows for ingestion, transformation, and validation
- Implement best practices for data quality and governance
- Lead and coach a team of Data Engineers
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience with Databricks (including Unity Catalog)
- Strong skills in Python, Spark, SQL
- Cloud expertise
- Knowledge of pipeline tools (Airflow, ADF)
- Leadership and problem-solving ability
