Position Summary
The company is looking for Senior Frontend Developers to join a collaborative team based in Cardiff. Successful candidates will work closely with designers, backend developers and product managers to help build and maintain modern, user-friendly web applications, with a strong emphasis on React.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in design and backend to deliver compelling user experiences
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practice discussions
- Identify and resolve performance and usability issues
- Influence technical decisions, mentor junior engineers and help shape frontend architecture
