Senior Product Manager - Fraud Prevention
Senior Product Manager - Fraud Prevention
Hybrid | London | £80,000-£85,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits Permanent | Full-time | 1 Month Notice Max
We're working with a fast-evolving SaaS company that's transforming how fraud is tackled in contact centres. Originally rooted in the telecoms space, they've spent the last 7-8 years building cutting-edge, API-first products that now protect tens of thousands of users, including the UK's top 10 retail banks.
Their fraud detection platform is scaling rapidly, and they're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive its next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the roadmap, explore new verticals (like insurance and airlines), and work closely with a talented technical team to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for a high-performing fraud detection platform
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to build and evolve the product
- Drive customer-facing discovery to understand real-world problems and translate them into product features
- Build structure in ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex challenges
- Use basic SQL and data tools to self-serve insights and inform decisions
- Influence commercial outcomes - think pricing, margins, and revenue growth
- Champion customer-centricity across the product lifecycle
- Mentor team members and contribute to product best practices
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who's both technically fluent and commercially sharp, with a strong understanding of fraud and risk in contact centre environments.
Must-haves:
- Proven experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or adjacent domains
- Experience working with API-first products and technical teams (ML, latency, integrations)
- Ability to query databases (basic SQL) and make data-informed decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems
- Experience working with or close to contact centres, ideally in fraud/risk contexts
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to verticals like insurance
- Experience scaling products and growing revenue streams
- Background in SaaS or data product management
- Previous experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
What's On Offer
- Up to £85,000 base salary + up to 10% discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working (2 days/week in Central London)
- Vitality private healthcare (with family add-on options)
- Life insurance (4x salary) & workplace pension
- Monthly £50 wellbeing allowance
- Paid parental leave & family-friendly policies
- 25 days annual leave + birthday off + option to buy 5 extra days
- Weekly self-development time
- Regular company socials & holistic wellbeing support
Please note: Candidates must be available within 1 month or less - longer notice periods sadly cannot be accommodated.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company with a strong revenue model, a steep learning curve, and a product that customers genuinely love. If you're ready to make a visible impact and help shape the future of fraud prevention, we'd love to hear from you.
