ServiceNow Solution Architect

Overview

A client-facing ServiceNow Solution Architect role within a UK-based Digital Customer Experience practice. The role focuses on pre-sales, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations across enterprise clients.



Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales and business development activities for ServiceNow solutions.

  • Own solution design, proposals, presentations, and contract support.

  • Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders up to C-suite level.

  • Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned to business and customer experience goals.

  • Work closely with internal sales, delivery, and partner teams, including ServiceNow leadership.



Required Experience

  • Strong ServiceNow platform expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Service Centre, Case & Knowledge Management, and Performance Analytics.

  • Experience designing ServiceNow solutions for HR, IT, and customer experience use cases.

  • Hands-on knowledge of integrations, data migration, scripting, and workflow automation.

  • Proven consulting and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement.

  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.

  • Commercial awareness with exposure to pre-sales and client demonstrations.



Security Clearance

  • Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance is required.

  • Continuous UK residency for the past five years is mandatory.
