We're currently in the midst of a number of greenfield projects based on our 2025 strategic initiatives and we're looking to hire a Software Engineer Manager with experience of managing change to join our team.

The Role: As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. This position is ideal for an experienced Developer who has a passion for helping others improve and progress their careers whilst staying close to the code base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a productive and innovative development environment
• Oversee the development process to produce reliable and efficient software solutions
• Leads on process and creation of technical solution design and documentation to support delivery of development projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, plan, and implement new features and enhancements.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and scalability.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
