What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of project delivery, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to turn requirements into practical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements
  • Translating requirements into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Working with architects and developers to shape solution designs
  • Supporting the delivery of AI, data, and analytics-focused projects
  • Creating process flows, data models, and technical documentation
  • Acting as the key link between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Supporting system integrations and data-driven solutions
  • Assisting with testing, UAT, and issue resolution
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working on data, analytics, digital, or AI-focused projects
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Knowledge of system integrations and data flows
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, or similar tools
  • Understanding of SQL or reporting/data tools would be beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
