What You'll Be Doing
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of project delivery, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to turn requirements into practical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements
- Translating requirements into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Working with architects and developers to shape solution designs
- Supporting the delivery of AI, data, and analytics-focused projects
- Creating process flows, data models, and technical documentation
- Acting as the key link between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting system integrations and data-driven solutions
- Assisting with testing, UAT, and issue resolution
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working on data, analytics, digital, or AI-focused projects
- Agile delivery experience
- Knowledge of system integrations and data flows
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, or similar tools
- Understanding of SQL or reporting/data tools would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
