Technical Engagement Manager-£125,000-Hybrid

We are seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Leader with deep expertise in Banking and Data Management to drive successful delivery of complex data-driven initiatives for our financial services clients. In this client-facing leadership role, you will be responsible for managing strategic engagements end-to-end-ensuring delivery excellence, fostering executive relationships, driving business growth, and enabling high-performing global teams.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify opportunities for strategic growth.

• Translate business goals into actionable data and digital initiatives that deliver measurable value.

• Lead the successful execution of large-scale data management, BI/DW, and analytics engagements in the banking sector.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, aligned with client expectations and strategic objectives.

• Drive program governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Manage and mentor cross-functional, global delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across client stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal leadership.

• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services/Banking, with a focus on Data Management, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Warehousing (DW).

• Proven track record of leading complex client engagements and managing multi-million-dollar programs.

• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Experience with Data Governance, Master Data Management ( MDM )

• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Terraform, Unity Catalog, or similar technologies.

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem solving and delivery.

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.

• Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role highly desirable.
