You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment process, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. That means:

• Proactively reaching out to new clients (yes, picking up the phone is key 📞)
• Building strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers
• Sourcing and placing specialist Cloud Tech professionals
• Managing the full journey – from first conversation to job offer
• Working towards daily targets and KPIs that push you to grow
