What the role really involves (being upfront)

This is not a passive role. Day to day, you will:

• Make outbound calls every day. Activity creates opportunity.
• Speak with clients and candidates constantly.

• Work towards clear targets that build momentum and discipline.
• Develop commercial confidence and communication skills that last a lifetime.
