IT Technical Architect
Teqniq is searching for a IT Technical Architect to work in the public sector.
37 hours per week.
26 week contract.
Hybrid working: Tuesday and Wednesday in the office.
Job Description:
- An experienced and engaging Technical Architect, who can comprehend infrastructure, data and application architectures including cloud-platform exposure, and can work autonomously under general directions.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Requirements Management: Understand and analyse the business requirements from the various service areas of organisation. Organise, rationalise and prioritise requirements while developing or reviewing solutions.
- Architecture & Design: Design technology solutions that meet the business requirements, that align to scalability, reliability, security and strategic objectives, and most importantly adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, security protocols and organisations architectural principles.
- Design Assurance: Review and assure 3rd Party architectural designs and supplier engagements, proposed by the various service areas of the organisation.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate and document change options for financial, technical and business feasibility and strategic alignments.
- Emerging Technology Monitoring: Identity and assess new and emerging technologies, services, and products with reference to the business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Active collaborations with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Strategic Business Partners, Delivery Partners and Vendors.
- Technical Documentation: Champion the design documentation and related artefacts.
