About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Secondary Sales to lead new customer acquisition and expand Tes' presence in the UK secondary school sector. You'll manage a team of Business Development Professionals, driving sales strategies and cross-selling Tes products to existing accounts, including small Groups.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed targets

Design and execute strategic plans for new customer acquisition

Drive cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate growth

Monitor market trends and refine sales strategies

Ensure exceptional customer experience and advocate for secondary schools

Knowledge of EdTech and secondary education market (desirable)
