We are a software Consultancy, who provide highly skilled consultants to support client business needs. Test Driven Solutions have had a successful start, with our consultants working across green/brown field projects using the latest cutting-edge technologies.

We work within private and public sectors, including financial services, government, healthcare, gaming, education, oil & gas, manufacturing, property, broadcasting and renewable energy organisations. We are continuously growing as a business, with new client wins and an internal project on-going.

This office serves as a central base of work for everyone, providing a collaborative space for our team when they come together. Earlier this year we opened a modern office space, located near Edinburgh’s Haymarket station as a base for our Scottish team to collaborate.

Additionally, we have teams located in our international office regions in Wrocław and Warsaw in Poland, and Calgary, Canada, creating a truly global workforce. This distributed team structure fosters strong connections and collaboration, regardless of location.

Requirements

Business Analysts are typically embedded within our delivery teams, or within a client’s team, to serve as a bridge between business needs, user needs and technical limitations, so that requirements and solutions deliver the desired outcomes.

• At least 3 years’ commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Effective relationship-building, communication, management, collaboration and team skills
• Understanding customers and guiding them to the best solution through workshopping, mapping, interviews etc
• The ability to understand and interpret different functions inside an organisation, in order to determine business needs, requirements, ideation etc
• The ability to be able to produce appropriate and comprehensive documentation that supports and informs upcoming work
• Comfortable with challenging the status quo
• Must be proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards
• Have sound knowledge of tools such as Jira and Visio to best industry practice

About you

A TDS Business Analyst must have excellent soft skills and be able to use communication and their interpersonal skills at different phases of the project, for example: at launch, while collecting business/user requirements, when collaborating with stakeholders, while validating the final solution, and so on.
