- Provide 3rd line support for enterprise Messaging and Email Security platforms, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution.
- Design, implement, and enhance messaging solutions including Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex messaging, mail flow, security, and infrastructure issues across enterprise environments.
- Support delivery of new projects, migrations, upgrades, and system improvements within the messaging environment.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to maintain secure and reliable communication services.
- Create technical documentation, maintain operational standards, and provide expert-level support and guidance to internal teams.
