Non-Executive Partner

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are engaging a small number of senior IT leaders to work with us as Non-Executive Partners — a light-touch, commercial advisory role designed for individuals with strong networks and experience at CIO / Programme Director level.

This is not a traditional employment role.

It is a commercial partnership opportunity for senior leaders who:

• Have visibility of organisations facing delivery pressure, quality challenges, or transformation risk
• Are well-connected within enterprise IT environments
• Want to monetise their experience and network without operational involvement

Where introductions lead to engagement, partners share directly in the revenue generated.

• Typical earnings: £25k–£150k+ per successful introduction
• Many client relationships expand over time, creating ongoing revenue opportunities
• No cap on earning potential

• No delivery responsibility
• No requirement for active selling or lead generation
• Flexible and complementary to existing roles or portfolio careers
  

We are looking to engage individuals who:

• Have held senior roles such as:
• CIO
• IT Director
• Programme Director / Transformation Lead
• Have experience delivering or overseeing large-scale technology programmes
• Possess a strong network within enterprise or regulated industries
• Are commercially minded and understand where delivery risk creates opportunity
• Value building long-term, recurring income streams
