Technical Author

We're looking for a Technical Author experienced in creating and maintaining documentation for Okta, Entra, and SaaS applications. The role involves analysing existing materials and producing new high-quality documentation to support technical and service operations.Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain:

– Knowledge Articles (KAs) for Okta, Entra & Service Desk

– Service Overviews (SOs)

– Technical Run Manuals (TRMs)

– Technical Recovery Action Plans (TRAPs)

Review and manage ServiceNow requests related to Okta and Entra User Groups.

Ensure all technical documents meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Ideal Profile:

Strong experience with Okta, Entra, and SaaS application documentation

Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes

Excellent written communication & analytical skills
