- Analysis- Provide operational data exploration and interpretation to support business needs.
- Impact- Deliver information that helps colleagues and managers understand and resolve operational problems.
- Insight from Metrics- Produce daily reporting and analysis to monitor performance and trends
- Influencing and Impact- Support conversations and decision-making by presenting data-focused insights.
- Gathering Data- Ensure reporting processes run smoothly so stakeholders receive timely and accurate reports.
- Report Build- Create and maintain consolidated reports across multiple business areas.
- Insight Development- Assist in preparing insights from data analysis to identify skills gaps or broken processes and procedures.
- Cross-Functional Working- Collaborate with managers and departments to capture data effectively for both regular and ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Has GCSE Maths and English (grade 9-4 / A-C)
- 3 A-Levels grade A-C or a Level 3 qualification in a relatable subject (Apprenticeship/BTEC)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Works well in a team but is also confident working independently
- Is passionate about learning and aligned with Thames Water’s goals for the future
- Excellent salary: £22,500
- Annual Leave: 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
