The role

We’re hiring a Junior Account Executive to own the founder side of our marketplace.

You’ll speak with startups raising capital, run discovery calls, guide founders through onboarding, and help them successfully prepare for fundraising.

This is a great role for someone currently working as a BDR/SDR who wants to move into a full-cycle sales role.

You’ll work closely with experienced operators and receive direct coaching as you grow.

What you’ll do

Startup acquisition

  • Run discovery calls with founders raising capital
  • Qualify startup opportunities
  • Convert founders into platform customers

Outbound prospecting

  • Source startups raising funding (with the support of the marketing team)
  • Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls etc.)
  • Book and run intro calls

Founder onboarding

  • Manage onboarding and contracts
  • Help startups prepare their profiles and pitch pages
  • Guide founders through the platform

Startup relationship management

  • Support founders during early fundraising stages
  • Answer questions and maintain relationships
  • Ensure founders get value from the platform

Process improvement

  • Help refine messaging and qualification
  • Improve onboarding workflows
  • Contribute to building our startup acquisition engine

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely be a fit if you:

  • Have 1–3 years experience in BDR / SDR / outbound sales
  • Want to transition into closing and full-cycle sales
  • Are comfortable speaking with founders
  • Write clearly and communicate well
  • Work well in a remote-first environment
  • Are resilient and motivated in outbound sales

Bonus if you:

  • Have worked with startups
  • Have experience selling SaaS and AI
  • Are curious about venture and fundraising

The hiring process:

  1. Introductory video interview – A short call with Head of Partnerships to get to know you, your experience and interest in role.
  2. Task + in-person interview – You’ll complete a small task and discuss your thinking during an in-person interview.
  3. Founder conversation – A final culture and values discussion with the founders.
