Finance Manager (newly qualified ACCA or ACA – first step from practice) | £50,000 - £60,000 | Leeds (Hybrid working)

The role is broad – producing detailed management accounts, adding variance analysis and commentary based on real world conversations with colleagues across the business, drilling into drivers of profit and revenue, producing valuable MI linked to customer activity and spend, understanding the cost base... a valuable balance of core accounting and reporting alongside added value analysis and business partnering.

Required:

• Recently qualified ACCA or ACA.
• Solid core technical accounting skills gained within a professional practice environment.
• Understanding of management accounts preparation.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Confidence when speaking to colleagues across all functions of the business – this is vital, it’s an ambitious SME and you need to be someone who will love working with colleagues in all areas of the group.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving and picking up new tasks.
