Our client is looking for an experienced Application Support Manager to provide support for business-critical applications.

You will ensure that the Application Support Service is efficient, effective and adaptable to changing circumstances whilst nurturing positive relationships with customer-bases.

A background working within Financial Services in a regulated environment is essential in this role.

Your Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working within Financial Services / regulated environment is essential
  • Experience of leading an IT function, ideally covering Application Support Assist with mentoring and coaching
  • Good customer management skills, seeking feedback and driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Understanding of Microsoft server / infrastructure technologies (including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Azure AD, MS Exchange etc)
  • Technical background
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stakeholder management

Salary: £95k + Benefits

Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
