Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Testing Strategy : Develop and maintain a comprehensive Test Strategy Document tailored to specific programmes and products.
  • Quality Assurance : Oversee QA capabilities for both Agile and non-Agile frameworks, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Team Management : Guide a dedicated team of testers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Act as the main point of contact for testing, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement : Proactively suggest enhancements to testing processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams—business stakeholders, developers, and project managers—to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

  • Proven Leadership : Experience in delivering QA capabilities within both Agile and non-Agile environments.
  • Test Automation Expertise : Knowledge in establishing and maintaining test automation services.
