Are you an experienced project manager with a track record of successfully delivering HRIS implementations in fast-paced global environments?
Our client, Monster Energy, a global powerhouse in the premium beverage industry is looking for a highly organised, delivery-focused Project & Testing Lead Manager to help steer a major SAP SuccessFactors rollout across EMEA.
The Company
Monster Energy needs no introduction, bold, high-growth, and unapologetically energetic. With a global footprint and NASDAQ-listed status, Monster has carved out a unique position at the forefront of the energy drinks category.
Their London HQ is the heartbeat of their EMEA operations and home to multiple strategic transformation initiatives, including this flagship HRIS implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and keep project plans on track
- Own SIT/UAT testing readiness, user access, and reporting
- Manage RAID logs, issue escalations, and change orders
- Liaise with third-party vendors and stakeholders to ensure delivery standards
- Track and manage budgets, timelines, and internal resource allocation
- Produce decks and project updates for senior leaders and governance forums
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in HRIS implementations, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong project coordination skills and experience leading testing phases
- Comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and change requests
- Hands-on experience with resource planning, vendor management & governance
- Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and agile project tools is desirable
