ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be visiting Estate Agents, warming them up with goodies and booking discovery calls. From there you’ll guide them through a simple, proven sales process (no guesswork here). Your job is to listen, understand what they need, and help them take the next step.

You'll sit in on discovery calls, and the final decision meeting.

You'll follow up with previous prospects that cancelled or no-showed.

And ring people we have previously targeted to see how we can help them best.

You’ll be hungry to turn over every stone which could lead to a new client.

You’ll be part of a supportive team that values consistency, communication and integrity more than flashy persuasion or pushy sales tactics.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

It could be advantageous to have a track record in business development with at least 2 years of experience, but not essential. We’re more interested in who you are.

Salary: £30-35K basic with realistic OTE of £61-63K (uncapped commission)

We help solicitors, estate agents and the home mover to work together seamlessly for a quick, smooth, stress free journey in what is currently an awful experience in England and Wales for both the home mover and the estate agent.

The platform is very successful with our current agents but now we need to grow nationally so the opportunities for growth and endless.
