HRIS Technical and Change Lead
Context For The Role The HRIS Technical Lead is a strategic role responsible for driving the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our global HR systems, including Dayforce and TeamTailor and various other platforms. Acting as a key partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders, this position leads change management initiatives, optimises user experience, and ensures our HR technology framework supports both operational excellence and future growth. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication and project management skills to deliver impactful solutions across the The Ardonagh Group. Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience managing Dayforce (minimum 5 years), including configuration, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience with Dayforce Integration Studio and Dayforce Hub configuration.
- Proficiency in XML, data mapping, and system integration
- Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated success managing vendor relationships and system partners.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GDPR, HR data compliance, and security practices and standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience integrating Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms.
- Experience in large, multi-entity organisations.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and middleware platforms including SFTP file transfers.
- Approachable and personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability at stakeholders at all levels
