In this role, you'll design and deliver scalable, visually compelling Power BI solutions that empower teams to make informed decisions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders, translating their needs into intuitive dashboards and self-service tools, while championing best practices and continuous improvement.What will I be doing? Design and develop engaging, scalable Power BI dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making.Build and maintain semantic models that promote consistency and efficiency across reporting.Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Deliver ad-hoc analysis and dashboard support, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for a seamless user experience.Document solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.Facilitate workshops and demos to showcase insights and encourage adoption.Collaborate with the wider Data team to ensure data is structured for self-service analytics.Promote Power BI governance and UX standards, identifying opportunities for improvement.Support stakeholders with training and enablement, helping them get the most from Power BI.Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and delivery.

What do I need?What you'll bringProven experience developing and maintaining Power BI solutions.Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and performance optimisation.Advanced SQL knowledge (BigQuery or Databricks experience is a plus).Understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and BI architecture.Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for data-driven problem solving.Why join us?You'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
