Digital Product Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Product Manager to join the central technology team at The Birley Clubs, home to some of the world’s most iconic private members’ clubs: Annabel’s, Harry’s Bar, Mark’s Club, George, and The Bath & Racquets Club.
This role sits at the heart of our digital ecosystem, leading the evolution of the platforms that enable exceptional member experiences across our clubs. You will own the strategy, roadmap and continuous improvement of our key digital platforms, including Salesforce, SevenRooms, our mobile app, websites and other member-facing technologies, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences for both members and internal teams.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business as well as external partners to deliver best-in-class digital solutions, streamline operations, and support The Birley Clubs’ continued reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, roadmap and delivery of our core digital platforms, balancing business priorities, member needs and technical requirements.
- Use data, insights, and member feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the digital experience.
- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, working with departments across the clubs to define, refine, and prioritise requirements.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital improvements, from discovery and scoping through to testing, launch, and adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and excellent platform performance.
- Oversee governance, documentation, system configuration, UAT and release management to ensure stable, secure and compliant deployments.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce system duplication and maintain the highest standards of data quality and integrity.
- Lead cross-functional digital projects that support innovation, member experience and operational efficiency.
- Prioritise competing business requirements, ensuring development effort delivers the greatest value for members and the business.
- Drive successful adoption of new functionality through stakeholder engagement, training and change management.
- Support sister company sites on an ad hoc basis, offering guidance and expertise to uphold group-wide digital standards and ensure seamless system performance.
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
- Have proven experience managing digital products or business-critical platforms, ideally within hospitality, luxury, retail or consumer-facing organisations.
- Have experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Experience with SevenRooms or hospitality technology would be advantageous.
- Have strong product delivery and project management skills, with experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and influencing decisions across the business.
- Have a good understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud technologies and data flows.
- Are commercially minded, analytical, and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Have at least five years' experience delivering digital products, platforms or technology-enabled business change.
- Are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Are well-presented, positive, collaborative, and aligned with the service-driven culture of The Birley Clubs.
The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business.
Success in this role requires a strong blend of product and project management skills, experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, digital channels including websites and mobile apps, and a solid understanding of IT systems and the integrations that connect them.
This role is office-based, Monday to Friday, with presence required across our Head Offices in Mayfair and Conway Street.
If you are excited by the opportunity to shape the digital experiences behind some of London's most iconic private members' clubs, we would love to hear from you.
