Jira SME - SC Cleared - Onsite - Inside IR35

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Jira SME on a long term contract, inside IR35.

It's important to note that this Jira SME role will require 5 days per week on site in Chippenham and you must have active SC Clearance.

The key skills required for this Jira SME role are:

• SC Cleared
• Defence experience 
• Provide expertise on Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software (JSW), and Confluence 
• ITSM principles (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).    
• JSM Automations, Workflows, and Assets (Insight).    
• Jira Query Language (JQL).    
• ITIL 4, Agile, or DevOps frameworks.    
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs).
