The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, experience with various statistical and visualisation software, and a solid understanding of market research. Responsibilities
- Analyse and implement comprehensive sales and marketing data aligned with organisational goals.
- Analyse market trends using data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Utilise statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, SQL, and Python for data analysis to inform marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling data visualisations to communicate insights effectively across teams.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data-driven marketing.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or marketing management roles with a focus on data analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software including SPSS, SAS, R, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with Google Analytics for website traffic analysis.
- Demonstrable ability to conduct market research and interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign management platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
