The Role

As the business grows, we are looking for a Data analyst to work alongside the account team. This role would suit a graduate or a data analyst with experience in a similar role.

Lead on the production of campaign reports and work alongside the data scientist to support the development of predictive models, that identify opportunities to activate client growth.

  • Produce campaign reports and analyses across the agency client base, working closely with the data scientist and account teams
  • Work with their internal tech stack (including CRMs, booking / loyalty platforms and PowerBI for visualisation)
  • Support the data scientist in the development and interpretation of predictive models to develop growth areas for the agency and clients
  • Regular liaison with account teams to fulfil and deliver reporting and analysis requests
  • Present data to key stakeholders at all levels, including a mix of technical and non-technical professionals
  • Build a broad understanding of the hospitality and retail industries, including the role of digital and email marketing
  • Make complex technical concepts simple for clients, by explaining the story behind the information

The Person

  • Experience with coding environments such as Python and SQL
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in CRM/marketing automation tools such as Braze, Atreemo or DotDigital
  • Skilled in data visualisation and reporting, with experience in Power BI (including DAX) or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A storyteller, who can explain data to non-numerate individuals
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A flexible approach to changing priorities, i.e. happy to work in an agency environment
  • A passion and curiosity for data and analytics
