B2B Marketing Lead - Smartphones, tablets, computing, software, and services.

The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 Consumer Brand who are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead across their mobile technology products for a full-time position.

The role involves shaping and implementing marketing strategies that drive real business impact. This is a chance to lead high-profile campaigns, influence cross-functional teams, and help the Brand grow its B2B presence across smartphones, tablets, rugged devices, computing, software, and services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results across SME, Large Enterprise, and Education segments, supporting growth and strengthening the Brand's market position.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to turn strategy into effective, insight-led campaigns that resonate with business customers.
  • Champion creative excellence and ensure the brand shows up consistently and distinctively across all touchpoints.
  • Build and nurture agency and partner relationships to drive efficiency, creativity, and deliver high-impact, well-executed campaigns.
  • Shape and own the B2B marketing strategy across SME, Large Enterprise and Education segments, ensuring alignment with the Brand's overarching vision and commercial priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end B2B customer journey, driving awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty.
  • Translate business goals into measurable indicators and return on investment targets (including lead generation and pipeline contribution).
  • Manage B2B Marcomms quarterly budgets, optimising marketing investments and finding opportunities to fund pioneering initiatives.
  • Lead the B2B Marcomms team, managing day-to-day operations and encouraging a high-performing, achievement-focused culture.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (PR, Social, Media) and key strategic partners (e.g., Google, Intel, Microsoft) to deliver coordinated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with colleagues in Korea and the European office, building strong partnerships for aligned execution.

Your background:

  • Proven B2B marketing leadership experience, successfully managing complex, end-to-end demand generation and product launch campaigns across the full ACPI funnel.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that deliver measurable business growth and market impact.
  • Forward-thinking, inspiring leader who motivates teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Skilled cross-functional collaborator, capable of aligning partners and delivering results in matrixed, multinational organisations.
  • Deep experience in B2B media, campaign strategy, and agency management.
