JOB TITLE: Account Manager IT Managed Services & Cyber Security
SALARY: £50,000 base + bonus (OTE dependent on performance)
LOCATION: United Kingdom
WORKING PATTERN: 1 day per week in the Solihull office (Thursdays)

We re partnering with a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to manage and develop an established portfolio of customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering real value across existing accounts.
The Role Account Manager
This role is focused on account development, retention, and revenue growth within an existing customer base, working closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to expand services.
You will be responsible for: -
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing commercial customers
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Identifying and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Acting as a trusted advisor across Managed IT Services, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Hybrid solutions
- Conducting regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions
Requirements Account Manager
We are looking for someone with proven experience in account management within IT services or technology environments, ideally you will have worked or be working for an IT MSP or IT Reseller.
- Strong track record of growing and retaining existing customer accounts
- Experience selling or managing Managed Services, Infrastructure, or Cloud solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities
