The Role
As a 360 Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and acquiring new clients to nurturing and expanding key accounts. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, target, and secure net-new business opportunities within the IT sector
- Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
- Deliver tailored IT solutions that address client needs in networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence and professionalism
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive account growth
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support to clients
About You
Essential Experience:
- Proven success in a 360 sales role (new business acquisition and account growth) within the IT sales channel
- Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) is essential
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong track record of closing deals
- Highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, proactive, and commercially astute
