We’re hiring the FIRST commercial sales hire for a newly launched POS & payments division backed by one of Europe’s biggest beauty & wellness marketplace businesses.

This company already has huge market presence, serious brand recognition, and an incredibly engaged customer base across the salon, barbering, clinic, and wellness space.

The reason this role is so exciting is because you are NOT walking into a business trying to sell an unknown product into a cold market. You’ll be launching and scaling a brand-new POS & payments solution into an already established customer ecosystem where trust already exists.

That creates a huge commercial opportunity for the right salesperson.

⚠️ Around 80% of this role is focused on existing customers.

Meaning your role is heavily centred around:

▪️ Upselling merchants already engaged with the wider platform

▪️ Introducing a POS & payment solution that genuinely improves their day-to-day business

▪️ Driving adoption through consultative, relationship-led sales conversations

▪️ Helping merchants streamline checkout, reduce payment friction, lower costs, and improve operational visibility

This is NOT a “smile and dial” outbound role.

Yes, there is still an opportunity to win new business and bring on completely new merchants... but the real power in this role comes from being able to identify opportunities within an already warm customer base.

There are TWO clear ways to earn commission:

💸 Upselling existing merchants onto the new POS/payment solution

💸 Winning new business through highly competitive rates and commercial offerings

For someone with strong POS experience who enjoys relationship-led commercial sales, this is a seriously strong opportunity.

The Role

You’ll own the full sales cycle across POS & payments, acting as both a commercial seller and trusted advisor to merchants.

You’ll be responsible for:

▪️ Selling a newly launched POS & payments solution into the beauty & wellness sector

▪️ Managing the full sales process from discovery through to activation

▪️ Driving adoption across an existing merchant customer base

▪️ Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

▪️ Winning new business opportunities across London

▪️ Helping customers understand how the solution improves operations, payments, and customer experience

This role is fully remote, but with the expectation of being out meeting clients face-to-face around 3 days per week. You’ll have full autonomy over your diary, territory management, and how you structure your week.

What They’re Looking For:

⚠️ POS experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.

They are specifically looking for someone who has previously sold a POS solution this can be into any sector.

The ideal person will likely have experience selling:

▪️ Merchant services

▪️ Hospitality tech

▪️ Retail tech

You’ll also need to be:

▪️ London-based or commutable

▪️ Comfortable in a client-facing/field-based environment

▪️ Commercially sharp with strong closing ability

▪️ Proactive and capable of spotting opportunities independently
