Location: London (2 days from home, 3 days meeting customers)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + company car + uncapped commission

Driving licence required (company car provided)

About the Role

You'll be responsible for winning new business across London, building relationships with New Homes Developers and becoming a trusted adviser within themarket.

Success comes from asking great questions, uncovering customer challenges and aligning the right solutions to their goals. Every customer has different priorities, whether that's generating more enquiries, improving marketing performance or accelerating sales, and you'll have the products to solve those chalenges.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in face-to-face meetings, creates urgency, builds credibility quickly and loves closing deals.

Key Responibilities

  • Generate new business with New Homes Developers across London.
  • Secure and lead high-quality customer meetings.
  • Run consultative discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges
  • Educate customers on market trends and the full product suite
  • Build tailored commercial proposals that deliver real value.
  • Own and grow your London territory.
  • Become a recognised expert within the London New Homes market.
  • Continuously develop by working closely with your manager, teammates and Learning & Development team.

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Able to be customer-facing across London three days per week.
  • 3+ years' experience in a full-cycle closing role.
  • Experience using a structured sales methodology such as SPIN, Challenger, SPICED or MEDDICC.
  • Outstanding face-to-face relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Commercially curious with a consultative approach to sales.
  • A genuine growth mindset and desire to improve.
  • Ambition to become an expert within the London New Homes market.
  • Backgrounds in SaaS, marketplaces, data, media or advertising are highly desirable. Property experience is not required.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys learning from others and sharing best practices
