We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing Hospitality Tech businesses as they continue to invest in their Customer Growth team.

Their technology supports everyone from independent cafés and restaurants to bars, pubs, stadiums and large hospitality groups, helping operators run more efficient, more profitable businesses.

The Role

This is a true Account Management position.

You'll inherit an established portfolio of customers and become their trusted commercial partner, ensuring they continue to see value long after they've signed.

Rather than constantly chasing new business, your focus will be on building relationships, increasing product adoption, identifying opportunities for growth and making sure every customer is getting the maximum return from the platform.

Some customers may only be using one product today.

Your job is to understand their operation, identify where there are gaps and introduce additional solutions that genuinely improve how they run their business.

You'll spend your time helping customers get more from the products they already use while naturally expanding accounts through new solutions such as Reservations, Inventory, Payments and Pro product.

What You'll Own

Customer Relationships

  • Manage a portfolio of existing hospitality customers across London.
  • Build trusted relationships with owners, operators and key stakeholders.
  • Become the main point of contact for commercial conversations.
  • Understand each customer's business goals and how they evolve over time.

Customer Success & Adoption

  • Run regular account reviews and health checks.
  • Understand why customers originally chose Blinq and ensure those objectives are still being achieved.
  • Identify where customers aren't fully utilising the platform.
  • Increase engagement and product adoption across your portfolio.
  • Ensure new features and functionality are successfully introduced.

Account Growth

  • Identify natural expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Introduce products including Reservations, Inventory Management, Payments and Blinq Pro where they'll add genuine value.
  • Grow account revenue through consultative upselling and cross-selling.
  • Spot opportunities to expand into additional sites or venues.

Cross-Functional Working

  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product and Implementation teams.
  • Help customers through onboarding and integration where required.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback that helps shape future product development.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

  • Has experience managing existing customer accounts.
  • Enjoys building relationships more than chasing cold prospects.
  • Understands that retention is just as important as revenue growth.
  • Takes a consultative approach and enjoys uncovering customer challenges.
  • Has experience upselling or expanding existing accounts.
  • Is commercially minded but always customer-first.
  • Has experience within SaaS, Hospitality Tech, POS, Payments or hospitality.
