The Role.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll sit at the heart of the go-to-market engine, responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities across the EMEA region.
You'll be the first voice many prospects hear — shaping first impressions and uncovering where real value exists.
You will:
- Proactively source and engage new outbound prospects
- Run multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, video)
- Hold qualification calls to uncover pain points and assess fit
- Clearly articulate a compelling value proposition
- Handle objections with confidence and curiosity
- Book high-quality demos for Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data
- Contribute to a high-performance, coaching-led SDR culture
