Sales Director needed for one of the most exciting ESG SaaS businesses in Europe right now.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind dashboards and manage from a distance. We need a true builder... someone who thrives in early-stage environments, loves building processes, playbooks, and installing scalable frameworks, whilst leading from the front by actively selling, learning the market, and shaping GTM strategy in real time.

You will own the commercial function end-to-end, leading both sales and marketing whilst working directly with the founders to scale revenue, build high-performing teams, and drive the business through its next major growth phase. Full P&L ownership, huge influence across strategy, and the opportunity to genuinely shape the future of the business.

What you will be doing:

• Owning the full revenue function across sales and marketing

• Leading ARR growth, pipeline generation, forecasting, and GTM strategy

• Building and scaling high-performing AE and BDR teams

• Personally selling and coaching complex enterprise deals (£30k–£150k+ ACV)

• Driving AI-powered outbound, automation, and operational efficiency

• Owning positioning, messaging, demand generation, and marketing performance

• Managing budgets, CAC, tooling, agencies, and commercial spend based on ROI

Who we are looking for:

• 8+ years within B2B SaaS, including 4+ years owning a commercial revenue number end-to-end

• Proven track record of scaling revenue within early-stage or high-growth environments

• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing Account Executives from scratch

• Has directly led marketing functions and managed senior marketing hires

• Strong understanding of AI, GTM automation, and modern outbound infrastructure

• Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted workflows across lead generation, outreach, enrichment, and commercial operations

• A builder mentality with the ability to create high-performing teams and scalable revenue functions in lean, capital-efficient environments
