Experienced Amazon Connect Developer

We have an Amazon Connect implementation, powering our global support team of some 60 agents in 4 countries, and require a skilled and experienced Connect developer to build and maintain:

- Flows for Voice, Chat and Email

- Lex chat Agent

- All templates in Terragrunt

- Integrations using Python3.13 Lambda's

- Amazon Q for Agent Insights

- Custom action groups using AI tooling

-Nova Sonic STS Integration

I am looking for a string and highly skilled AWS Connect developer. You must have experience of implementing and heavily customising Amazon Connect, You should have experience of terragrunt, Python, Lambda and the overall AWS ecosystem as you will need to heavily integrate this product.

You will be working with the team to create a brand new Connect implementation. This will be a great project and will result in a long term assignment for the right person.
