We’re looking for driven Senior/Experienced Recruitment Consultants to play a key role in building lasting client partnerships, driving business growth, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions across multiple sectors including Renewable Energy, Tech, IT, Industrial, Transport & Logistics, Construction, Public Sector and more.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with clients across a range of sectors.
• Identify, source, and engage top talent through proactive headhunting and strategic networking.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking briefs to closing offers.
• Grow your desk by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Hot, Warm and New desks available.
• Provide consultative market insight and advice to clients and candidates.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and support overall business success.

What We’re Looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with a proven billing track record.
• Strong client development and account management skills.
• Confidence in headhunting, business development, and candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage a busy, varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
• A motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
