We’re supporting a specialist recruitment business operating at the forefront of the technology and engineering sectors . Due to expansion and client demand, they are expanding their delivery team and are looking for an ambitious 180° Delivery Consultant to join their award winning team in Bristol.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year Experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°) , resourcing or talent acquisition
• Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills
• Motivated, fast-paced mindset and comfortable working to deadlines and targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• Highly organised with a structured approach to managing workload
• Positive, team-first attitude and drive to grow within a scaling business

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and qualifying top candidates
• Managing end-to-end delivery across a variety of live roles
• Conducting screening, interview preparation and candidate management
• Coordinating interview processes, feedback and offer stages
• Overseeing compliance and onboarding
• Delivering outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
• Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to meet growing client demand
