UK Head of Transactional Finance

An exciting opportunity for an experienced transactional finance leader to oversee and transform finance operations across multiple entities and ERP systems. This role will drive the transition from a company-based structure to a unified, process-led transactional finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Transactional Finance across O2C, Purchasing, and Expenses
• Drive process transformation and operational improvements across multiple entities and systems
• Oversee billing, cash collection, supplier payments, expenses, and financial controls
• Monitor and report on key operational KPIs including DSO, aged debt, WIP, and PO coverage
• Support month-end close, intercompany processes, and audit requirements
• Partner with Finance Leadership and IT on ERP consolidation and process improvement initiatives

About You

• Proven experience in transactional finance, finance operations, or O2C leadership
• Strong background in multi-entity and/or multi-ERP environments
• Experience leading process improvement or transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercially minded, organised, and process-driven
• Finance qualification advantageous (AAT / ACCA / CIMA)
