The Craneware Group supports a flexible work environment as well as a collaborative and teamwork focused atmosphere. Employees will be expected to work a hybrid working arrangement spending 40% of their time per month in the Tanfield office - approx 2 days per week.

We are seeking an Implementation Engineer who will deliver exceptional customer service throughout software and services implementation for new and existing clients.

You Will Be:

  • Managing and resolving software queries across multiple channels to enhance customer experience
  • Escalating complex issues to management for timely resolution
  • Identifying customer needs for seamless software implementation and long-term success
  • Documenting progress and sharing knowledge to improve internal processes
  • Allocating customers to ensure satisfaction with software and services
  • Building relationships to identify customer references and success stories
  • Maintaining expertise in Craneware Group products and sharing insights with the team
  • Completing remote installations for colleagues and customers to ensure end-user satisfaction
  • Discovering the best implementation model in partnership with Customer Success teams
  • Documenting all new or updated customer configurations in CRM and JIRA

You Will Bring:

  • Proficiency in healthcare operations and familiarity with TCG's products and services
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database principles
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Basic SQL skills for troubleshooting and solution development
  • Effective risk assessment and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly and perform basic data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attentive to detail and quality in all tasks
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with data extraction, integration, and validation
  • Collaborative approach to working with team members and clients
  • Solid research skills
