Data & Reporting Analyst - Full-Time (35 hours/week) 2 Days On-Site (Hinton in the Hedges)

We're looking for a full-time Data & Reporting Specialist to support client and internal reporting, analytics, and systems activity. The role is 35 hours per week across five days, with two days per week based on-site in Hinton and the rest remote.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across data, systems, and reporting tools, and can confidently translate business needs into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain client MI packs aligned to SLAs and KPIs
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting and audit requests
- Build dashboards to track pipeline, time-to-hire, absence, and service metrics
- Present insights clearly to clients and internal teams
Power BI & Data Modelling
- Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI
- Create secure, scalable data models
- Define and maintain KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders
Systems Support
- Assist with configuration and rollout of HR and recruitment platforms
- Support feature implementation and data integrations
- Maintain system documentation and respond to technical queries
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards
- Monitor data quality and maintain version control
- Promote good data practices across teams
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with HR, Talent, Client Services, and IT
- Act as a point of contact for data and reporting queries
What we're looking for
- Solid Power BI skills and experience working with varied data sources
- Familiarity with HR or recruitment systems (configuration experience a plus)
- Able to present data clearly to different audiences
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
- Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
