Data Analyst
We’re looking for a full-time Data & Reporting Specialist to support client and internal reporting, analytics, and systems activity. The role is 35 hours per week across five days, with two days per week based on-site in Hinton and the rest remote.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across data, systems, automation, and reporting tools, and can confidently translate business needs into practical solutions.
The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of data and reporting capability within a business, acting as a trusted subject matter expert and helping shape practical, scalable solutions across systems, reporting, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain client MI packs aligned to SLAs and KPIs
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting and audit requests
- Build dashboards to track pipeline, time-to-hire, absence, and service metrics
- Present insights clearly to clients and internal teams
Power BI & Data Modelling
- Develop dashboards and automated reports using Power BI
- Create secure, scalable data models
- Define and maintain KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Use Power Query to transform and structure data from multiple sources
Automation & Systems Support
- Assist with the configuration and rollout of HR and recruitment platforms
- Support feature implementation and data integrations
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
- Support data extraction from APIs and related systems
- Maintain system documentation and respond to technical queries
Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards
- Monitor data quality and maintain version control
- Promote good data practices across teams
- Support database management and data extraction using SQL
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with HR, Talent, Client Services, and IT
- Act as a point of contact for data and reporting queries
- Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience using Microsoft’s data and reporting tools, including:
- Power BI
- Power Query
- Power Automate
- Experience using SQL for data extraction, querying, and database management
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating as the primary technical specialist within a collaborative business environment
- Able to work independently, troubleshoot proactively, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Enjoys taking ownership and influencing how data and reporting capabilities evolve
- Ability to present data clearly to different audiences
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Power Apps and/or Dynamics CRM
- Understanding of programming principles with exposure to Python, particularly data-focused libraries such as pandas and matplotlib
- Understanding of version control principles using Microsoft cloud platforms and/or Git
- Experience working with HR or recruitment systems
